Lynn Ingber, M.A., M.F.T.

Many years of experience have allowed me to develop a plan for those seeking change and personal growth. Life experiences, such as separation, divorce, death of a loved one, differences in the ways we learn, or job stress, can often change the way we see ourselves. We can be left with feelings of loss, sadness, depression and confusion. I offer help to those looking to develop new paths for happiness. This is sometimes difficult and overwhelming.

Lynn-Ingber,-M.A.,-M.F.T.

A compassionate and caring therapist can lead the way to a new sense of fulfillment and identity. I also specialize in Bereavement issues and issues faced by the Adult Survivors of Childhood Abuse. I have extensive, real life knowledge of how grief and loss affect us. The grieving process, the difficulty in adjusting and moving on, can seem endless with feelings of sadness and/or depression as a constant companion.

In addition, I have developed an expertise working with individuals who have struggled because of childhood trauma. I can help those survivors navigate a road to recovery. I offer support and understanding when you feel alone and can help give you direction when you are unsure of where to go.

While many issues are similar, each person is unique. I can help you develop your own path, embrace your differences and define your goals for happiness. Many times people feel stuck. Psychotherapy/Counseling can help give you focus. Let me help you move to a new level of understanding, a more focused and fuller life, and a greater appreciation of where you began and where you want to go.
